Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of clay (each piece is individually crafted), please allow for slight variations to your piece from the photos. However, we will replace any pieces that are damaged upon arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue ASAP!
Refunds
If you need to send back an item for an issue other than 'damaged' we will ask that you return the item in the same condition you received it.
