Shipping:
We love to fulfill + ship orders quickly! Our goal is to get them shipped out 1-2 days after your order is placed. If we sell out than a new batch will have to be made which takes an extra day.
Each order receives a shipment notification email that includes tracking information.
Warranty:
We pray that our earrings will complete any outfit for years to come but things happen. If your recently purchased jewelry from us happens to break on you, please contact us! Quality and customer service matters at Jorae Clay.
We believe all pieces should be handled with care but should also not just break on you. Clay is durable and can withstand regular wear, however, like I said, things happen...so please reach out if you have any issues.
Care:
Clay is extremely lightweight and very durable once cured. Although it is flexible, intentionally bending them could cause them to break. Keep earrings stored in a cool, dry place and do not wear them in water. To clean, simply use a damp cloth with a small amount of acetone.
